eat more is less so the lesser fat you also accumulate.
• Complex carbohydrates have vitamins and minerals plus antioxidants that the
body needs for it to function properly. Antioxidants are known to flush
unwanted fats from the body. The more toxins, chemicals, and fats out, the more
pounds you lose.
If you dislike other methods of losing weight like medications, supplements,
strict diet programs, and exercise, simply eat good carbohydrates to help your
own body shed some weight. It may take time for your taste buds to get used to
